There are three levels of service which include:-

Economy Service

This represents the service that one normally sees in Jamaica presently where adverts are done over a three week period for the property concerned stating address, location of property concerned and the time of sale. This is ideal for multiple instructions where the intention is to warn, for instance the mortgagor, that if outstanding debts are not paid the property may be auctioned.

During the course of marketing the company’s purchase register are notified of such properties that are available.

Ambassadorial Service

This is tailor made to add a further dimension to the property market which provides both the client and the prospective purchaser with a better service. It involves an inspection of the property by an appraiser from our company which will provide a basic fact sheet with brief description, photograph and price guide.

This upgrade of service gives a prospective purchaser better background upon which to bid and provide a better sales rate.

Excelsior Service

This is a total package service which is tailored for the clients who wish to fully market property over, say, a six week period, to allow maximum exposure with the most likelehood of obtaining a sale.

This is ideal, for instance, where it is difficult to gauge the true demand for the property and hence value where the client wishes to expose the property to the largest number of people.

This involves all one finds in the ambassadorial service, but with the addition of:-

• Fully measured details of the property
• Fully printed set of sales particulars
• Price guide and reserve price
• An independent appraisal
