Originally Bobby Alexander who set up the company sought to provide an across the board service for everybody in Jamaica dealing with every aspect and type of property whether it be a lot or an internationally recognised tourist resort. This has provided a broad structured company dealing with all aspects of property work in the commercial retail, agriculture and residential fields. This philosophy still holds today.

The company is a member of the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce, the Jamaican Association of Real Estate Developers, American Chamber of Commerce, the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (USA) Realtors Association of Jamaica.

The Company was purchased by the Musson Group in 1987 and is run by an independent board of directors. Desmond Blades is Chairman and David McNulty is it's General Manager. The Board is complimented by a lawyer, commercially minded business people as well as full working directors, one of whom is a fully experienced Chartered Surveyor. Christopher Scott who is an overseas director, who deals with international property transactions and provides expertise in marketing and professional valuations.

The aim of the company is to expand across not only the island but also regionally, and to encourage investment and development within the Island of Jamaica.
